I found the problem. gmaruzz: And no, it wasn't that the phone was configured for one line.gmaruzz: It wasn't getting Caller ID information. So it saw all calls as being from the same caller, and rejected additional calls because it was already connected with that caller.
Misconfiguration on the server side.
